INTERVIEW/WORK SIMULATION TEST

An interview is designed to predict future job performance on the basis of candidate's oral responses to inquiries. Our interviews are typically conducted virtually, but in real time; however, we sometimes ask candidates to pre-record interviews to be viewed later. A work simulation test replicates a real work situation to test a candidate's ability and skill in performing critical and frequently performed job duties.

On-Boarding Appointment

Before you can start your new job, you will need to complete a series of new-hire forms and attend an On-Boarding appointment. Please note below additional information about the onboarding process.

OBTAIN TB CLEARANCE

Before being hired, a TB test is required although in some cases a "TB Symptom Screening Questionnaire" can be completed by your doctor in lieu of the test.

SCHEDULE ON-BOARDING APPOINTMENT / COMPLETE FORMS

The on-boarding appointment will be scheduled by either a representative from the Personnel Commission or by an administrator at the job site. Once the appointment is scheduled, an email will be sent with instructions on how to create an account in our online on-boarding system.

ATTEND APPOINTMENT

At the appointment, forms will be finalized and submitted, and the new hire will be fingerprinted. Once fingerprints have cleared, a start date will be identified. Typically, it takes 7-10 days for fingerprints to clear.
