JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid CA Driver’s License and use of an insured automobile 
  • United States (US) citizen or have the legal right to work in the US
  • Baccalaureate degree (BA or BS) from a regionally-accredited Institution of Higher Education.
  • Current California (CA) Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • School Nurse Credential (may be obtained once employed) 
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR and First Aid certification

APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

  • Complete application
  1. BA (or higher) degree transcripts (Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved agency)
  2. Community/Junior College transcripts*
  3. Copy of credential*
  4. Copy of current RN license
  5. Copy of current CPR and First Aid certification
  6. A current resume
  • Provide contact information for professional references, including current or most recent nursing experience and employment
  • Applicants may be contacted by Human Resources (HR) with requests for outstanding documents or information.
  • Applicants who are deemed ELIGIBLE by HR will be placed on the appropriate eligibility list for a period of one calendar year.
