Assistive Technology Assesor

The mission of the Division of Special Education is to provide leadership, guidance, and support to the school community in order to maximize learning for all students within an inclusive environment so that each student will contribute to and benefit from our diverse society. An Assistive Technology Assessor is a highly qualified District educator with certification to provide assistive technology services for access to academics which include:

  • AT assessment
  • Device trials
  • Training for students
  • Families and school site staff in the use of assistive technology devices
  • Support for device access
